EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In view of the respect we have with our consumers, we present our exchange and returns policy for purchases made on our website.

 

RULES FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

  1. In the case of online purchase, you can request the exchange or return of your products within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
  2. For a defective product exchange, the deadline is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. The product must be in the original packaging, with no signs of misuse, with the original manufacturer's seal inviolate and with the tax receipt that was delivered with the order.
  4. You can choose to exchange the product, store credit or refund the full amount paid for the product.
  5. The exchange or refund will be made after receiving the return of the product and verifying the integrity of the seal on the product packaging.
  6. We will not make exchanges outside the maximum period mentioned in our return policy.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

For exchanges and returns, you must return the item to Mayore Beauty. When you contact our call center, we will generate a zip code for you to return items to the post office. After the distribution center receives and verifies the returned item, the new product will be shipped or refunded, depending on the option chosen. If the analysis is unfavorable, the product will be automatically returned to the customer and the request will be cancelled.
