Choose your product and we'll bring it to you. We take care of everything so that our logistics partners can deliver your makeup across the country, with free shipping for orders over R$99.90.

Our deliveries are made through Total Express. Shipping rates, terms and times vary depending on the location of the delivery address and the carrier chosen for the shipping. By entering the destination zip code during checkout, the shipping cost and estimated arrival date of your purchase are automatically calculated after collection by the carrier.

If you want to track your orders:

  1. From the main menu, go to "My Account" and click on the order you want to know about delivery information 

  2. When you make a purchase, you will also receive an email with your order details. If you cannot find this email, please also check your spam folder.

Despite all our attention and care, the delivery of orders may suffer unforeseen events that impact the time it takes for the product to reach you. If this happens, contact us via WhatsApp (11) 939052490 to notify the delay in delivery.


The delivery period is counted from two working days following confirmation of payment, with orders and payments validated until 18:00.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a legal representative will be required to receive the package at your address. If there is no representative to sign the protocol at the time of delivery, we will make two more attempts on different days and times. After three attempts, if we have not been able to deliver your order, the products will return to us, and we will contact you so that we can deliver your order.
