RULES FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

  • If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:
  • In the case of online purchase, you can request the exchange or return of your products within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
  • For a defective product exchange, the deadline is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The product must be in the original packaging, with no signs of misuse, with the original manufacturer's seal inviolate and with the tax receipt that was delivered with the order.
  • You can choose to exchange it, store credit or refund the full amount paid for the product.
  • The exchange or refund will be made after receiving the return of the product and verifying the integrity of the seal on the product packaging.
  • We will not make exchanges outside the maximum period mentioned in our return policy.
