30 days after receiving the product

If you do not agree with the product received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:
In the case of online purchase, you can request the exchange or return of your products within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
For a defective product exchange, the deadline is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product must be in the original packaging, with no signs of misuse, with the original manufacturer's seal inviolate and with the tax receipt that was delivered with the order.
You can choose to exchange it, store credit or refund the full amount paid for the product.
The exchange or refund will be made after receiving the return of the product and verifying the integrity of the seal on the product packaging.
We will not make exchanges outside the maximum period mentioned in our return policy.
